Based on the south coast of the UK, Mark David Hill shoots worldwide on commercial and editorial assignments in 35mm, medium format and his preferred format, digital SLR.

A background in both international photojournalism and commissioned work from major creative agencies injects his work with authority and spirit.

With fifteen years experience, there are not many situations Mark hasn’t been asked to document.  Current clients include Direct Line, Privilege Insurance and the Royal Mail.  Later this year he will be in the Mediterranean working on a travel book for the Travel Club of Upminster.   However over time Mark has photographed activities in coalmines, submarines, fighter jets, hospital theatres and Eastern Bloc schools.  With this wealth of back catalogue, it is possible for Mark to be ‘parachuted’ into some of the most demanding situations, relating and integrating, bringing the best pictures home.
